He told me I had no imagination, no artistic sense, and was born to be a office robot. I wanted to vomit on him, but since I learned during JET orientation that that's considered rude in Japan, I withheld. I seem to recall he was incredibly rough when handling my hand as well- like he was trying out his aikido moves. Goodbye to all that...
