Nintendo America has always been a great company. I never had any problems with them. I can't buy new games until I finish and master the ones I have though. It's really a obsessive compulsive thing.

Maybe my issues have more to do with living in the middle of the Seto Inland Sea than with Apple itself. I blogged about the whole ordeal - but will refrain from linking. You can take a look if you like. But yeah.

I never do the obsessive finish everything, collect everything, complete all mini-games thing. I've never played a game over to get an alternate ending. 50 hours is good. I guess I just wish the nostalgia could linger a bit longer. I think I like the discovery process more than the checklist runs. You know?

And the U R MR GAY thing is...ha ha ha...what can you say about that, anyway? (And wasn't Disney also part of the above mentioned conspiracy?)

Apple Japan has generally been great for me, but recently this has been helped in particular by the fact that I can walk over to the Ginza store and grab a black-shirted human being to do my bidding in person.

Deas > I haven't dealt with Apple Japan, but Apple US has always been on the ball for me. I don't think I've ever had a run-in with Nintendo America.

I ended up clocking over 50 hours on Twilight Princess, and that's without obsessive minigame completion or finding all the hearts, ghost spirits, etc. 50 hours is more than enough in my book, so I feel like I got my money's worth. I don't have a great TV or anything, so I felt the graphics were also plenty impressive.

Sounds like Nintendo Japan's got it together. Wish Apple Japan would get it in line and learn something. Sheesh. (I felt like Twilight Princess, while being a great game, was too short and too...well, Gamecube-ish. Did you like it, after all?)
